Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Free Shipping within the continental United States for recurring subscriptions during special promotions. Sheila’s Links is still a small family business, we're currently only able to ship within the continental United States. We are currently unable to provide timely shipment to assure freshness to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped and will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available by the shipping provider.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
